Cancellation Policy: Once we make the reservation there is no refund for cancellation under any circumstance. You will have up to 6 months to reschedule. We are holding in good faith that equipment for you and denying that reservation to another potential customer.
Q: Does only offer items for home parties?
A: Not at all. Our Inflatables line provides awesome interactive contests, concession machines, to outfit a knock out home party, team-building event, fundraiser, company picnic, family reunion, or any other special event.
Q: What if it rains?
You can cancel 1 hour prior party appointment time because of weather (Raining 1 hour prior to your party time), as long as the driver has not yet set the unit up. Once you've accepted delivery we will collect payment and no refunds or adjustments will be made due to weather. You can cancel in advance but down payment will be lost. We can hold setup up to your party time if it looks it is about to rain, but it is our discretion to do that.
Q: Does offer discount to Military members?
has the right to cancel contract if we believe is on the Company's best interest due to weather conditions.
A: We will not set up if it is raining i.e. light rain. Customer will have the opportunity to reschedule
A: Without a doubt! We will give 10% discount depending on equipment and days of the week.
Q: Are units safe for use?
A: Without a doubt! We have made sure that each of our units has the very latest in safety equipment. From our safety steps on all Jumps to the shade screen on all of our open-top units, we take great pride in our focus on safety.
Q: What ages are your units good for?
A: We have something for everyone. Take a look at our Jumps, Incredible Inflatables and Carnival Games pages for more information and recommended ages.
Q: What happens if there will not be power at my event?
A: No problem. For a small additional fee can bring a generator to run our equipment or you can provide your own generator if certain specifications are met.
Q: May I have my event at a City or County Park?
A: In most cases, yes. However, certain permits or licenses may be required. Please check with the individual park or call us to find out about specific rules and requirements.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
rentals requires 50% down payment of the total amount to hold them. If you plan on reserving one of these units please call us @ 912-727-JUMP (5867) for more specific information and space requirements.
Q: Should I reserve in advance?
A: Definitely! We have enough inflatables but the popular themes always get booked up quickly. The earlier you reserve the more choices you have.
Q: What if I have problems during my party?
A: Never fear. Although we take great care in the set up of each unit, we know that problems can occur. That's why there is someone to answer your call throughout your event.

No problem. We also speak Spanish, German, Italian and some Portuguese.
